The Amica line peels feature a durable galvanized iron handle and a perfectly round aluminized iron head. The handle base and sliding intermediate grip are made of a special high-density, black polymer with high resistance to impact and heat. A slot at the bottom of the handle allows the intermediate grip to be locked in place, making it available at the top when the peel is placed upside down.
