The plates of the electric waffle maker are made in raw cast-iron. The use of cast-iron plates with a high conduction value makes it possible to spread the heat evenly and to get well-golden and crispy waffles in just 3 minutes.

A patented stainless steel tray is placed around the bottom plate of the professional waffle iron: it recovers excess dough and facilitates cleaning.
